Groovy Hoovy is a 19 year-old hip-hop artist from the Cleveland area. Groovy started off producing tracks in high school, and decided to go to college to learn more about the industry. Groovy is currently enrolled in Cuyahoga Community College's recording arts program. Groovy Hoovy is well-rounded in the industry with experience in producing, writing, editing and videography.
